sejak kebelakangan ni asyik nak pitam je.. kadang-kadang mata kelam-kelabu & sometimes berpeluh-peluh.. huhuhu takut.. member cakap maybe anemia kot atau org melayu cakap tak cukup darah merah.. then i pun selidik la dalam web cek ape maksud anemia niee.. alamak dalam omputih la plaks.. tapi korg faham kan? hehehe

What is Anemia?

Anemia, one of the more common blood disorders, occurs when the level of healthy red blood cells (RBCs) in the body becomes too low. This can lead to health problems because RBCs contain hemoglobin, which carries oxygen to the body's tissues. anemia can cause a variety of complications, including fatigue and stress on bodily organs.

Anemia can be caused by many things, but the three main bodily mechanisms that produce it are:

• excessive destruction of RBCs
• blood loss
• inadequate production of RBCs

Among many other causes, anemia can result from inherited disorders, nutritional problems (such as an iron or vitamin deficiency), infections, some kinds of cancer, or exposure to a drug or toxin.

Signs and Symptoms of Anemia

If your has anemia, the first symptoms might be mild skin paleness, and decreased pinkness of the lips and nailbeds. These changes happen gradually, though, so they may be difficult to notice. Other common signs of anemia include:

• fatigue
• dizziness, lightheadedness, and a rapid heartbeat

Depending on what's causing the anemia, symptoms may also include jaundice (yellow-tinged skin), a yellowing of the whites of the eyes, an enlarged spleen, and dark tea-colored urine. In infants and preschool children, iron deficiency anemia can result in developmental delays and behavioral disturbances, such as decreased motor activity and problems with social interaction and attention to tasks. Recent research indicates that developmental problems may persist into and beyond school age if the iron deficiency is not properly treated.

Diagnosing Anemia

In many cases, doctors don't diagnose anemia until they run blood tests as part of a routine physical examination. A complete blood count (CBC) may indicate that there are fewer red blood cells than normal. Other diagnostic tests may include:

• Blood smear examination: Blood is smeared on a glass slide for microscopic examination of RBCs, which can sometimes indicate the cause of the anemia.
• Iron tests: These include total serum iron and ferritin tests, which can help to determine whether anemia is due to iron deficiency.
• Hemoglobin electrophoresis: Used to identify various abnormal hemoglobins in the blood and to diagnose sickle cell anemia, the thalassemias, and other inherited forms of anemia.
• Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy: This test can help determine whether cell production is happening normally in the bone marrow. It's the only way to diagnose aplastic anemia definitively and is also used if a disease affecting the bone marrow (such as leukemia) is a suspected cause of the anemia.
• Reticulocyte count: A measure of young RBCs, this helps to determine if production of red blood cells is at normal levels.

Preventing Anemia

- Cow's milk consumption.
- Iron-fortified cereal and formula.
- Well-balanced diet.

waaa.. my best fren sejak 10 tahun kenal masa sekolah asrama (mrsmkt) nak bertunang!!
tadi dia sms, pihak lelaki merisik & bakal bertunang bulan may nie.. kawen insyaallah lepas raye..

Semalam, kucing kesayangan telah pergi meninggalkan tuan dia untuk selama-lamanya..
huhuhu. Yuuki mati sbb kene patuk dek ular.. dia mati dalam waktu 500pm sbb my mum call bagitau. Dalam perjalanan balik ke umah, nangis je sampai nak drive pun tak nampak jalan.. huhuhu.. Paling sayang kat Yuuki sbb dia paling kiut, encem, manje & ngade2..

suami tengah memandu.

Isteri : kita dah berkawin 15 tahun dah,saya rasa saya tak sesuai lagi bersama dengan awak.... saya nak mintak cerai dengan awak.....

si suami diam dan terus memandu kereta ...bertambah laju....(70km)

isteri : saya dah tak cintakan awak lagi...sebenarnya saya dah ada teman lelaki....dia akan berkawin dengan saya lepas awak ceraikan saya... saya malas nak cerita panjang lagi.. dan saya tak nak awak cuba pujuk saya..saya dah bosan hidup dengan awak....!!

si suami terus memandu dengan penuh perasaan marah...masih diam...

Isteri : bila kita bercerai,saya nak rumah kita...

si suami masih diam ...memandu dengan lebih laju......(80km)

isteri : saya nak anak kita juga...awak bukan boleh pelihara mereka.....

si suami masih diam ..tambah kelajuan (100 km)

isteri : saya nak kereta ini,kredit card dan saving akaun kita

sisuami masih diam, membelok kereta ke arah jaya jusco.......

isteri : awak ada ingin minta apa2??

suami : tak perlu....saya dah ada apa yang saya perlukan...

isteri : ya kah?? apa yang awak ada..??

suami : si suami menjawap sebelum beliau melanggar dinding konkrit jaya jusco... saya ada air bag.....awak tak ada..

Last week balik kampung di Johor. Sempena my kazen dapat baby gal so diorg wat majlis aqiqah & cukur jambul. Bila la turn i plak ? Ada sesapa nak tolong adjustkan untuk i ? muahaha



ni nak masuk tangkak lagi 17 km..
jauh perjalanan luas pandangan







ni kat tol tangkak dalam rm18.60 je kene bayor dari tol upm








ni nak masuk ke simpang nak menuju umah kazen i








ni kat hentian bas..
unik sebab ade bendera Malaysia & Johor







sampai2 je kat umah kazen,
majlis tu dah nak berakhir..
lambat plak i sampai. pic baby tak dapat di amik sbb
baby tu asyik nangis je.. huhuhu






kalo bab makan, mana2 majlis mesti ramai serbu..
haa makan-makan-makan, jangan malu2
sedap la nasi beriyani, ayam masak merah,
rendang kambing etc

semalam dari 6pm-9pm sempat lagi melalak ngan my bos, clerk & store manager kat e box berhampiran tempat kerja i.. jangan risau surau & toilet ade..
murah la sorg rm12 person siap air & kentang goreng!!
macam2 lagu nyanyi.. dangdut pun ada.. muahaha..
seb baik bos giler2.. muahaha.. tapi if salah wat keje dia marah kaw2.. huhuhu
